Keeping true to their nature, contributions to date are $6,825.00. Foley & Mansfield PLLP is matching all donations 100% which brings the total amount of donations to $13,650.00 and growing. The funds collected have been sent to The Bay Area Lawyers for Haiti Relief Fund at The San Francisco Foundation. The funds sent by Foley & Mansfield, PLLP will be distributed among American Red Cross, Oxfam America, Doctors Without Borders, Partners in Health, and Save the Children.

We recently became aware that criminals are using our name in an attempt to perpetuate a fraud. The fraud involves a sweepstakes/winnings notice or “Secret Shopper” letter and check with the name "Foley & Mansfiled PLLP" or "Foley & Mansfield PLLP" on it. These letters state the recipient has either won a sweepstakes and the checks provided are to pay the taxes on the winnings via Western Union or Moneygram, with the rest of the winnings to be sent to the recipient at a later date or that the recipient has been chosen to be a “Shadow Shopper” and they are to use the proceeds from the check to send a Western Union payment. THESE LETTERS AND CHECKS ARE COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT. Foley & Mansfield PLLP has no connection to this person or group and we are working with law enforcement officials in an attempt to find and prosecute the perpetrators of this fraud. If you have received such a letter and check, please contact your local law enforcement agency immediately to report it, and do not attempt to cash the check nor send any money to any person or address listed in these letters.
