Foley & Mansfield is pleased to announce that  trial attorneys Steve Novakidis and Whitney Seltzer of the firm’s New York office have been named to the 2019 New York Metro Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists, both selected for their work in Personal Injury-Products Defense.

Novakidis has been recognized on the Super Lawyer list since 2014. As the firm’s lead NYCAL trial partner, he has successfully defended clients throughout New York state and has served as liaison counsel in NYCAL and other complex, multi-defendant litigation. Seltzer was selected to the Rising Star list for the first time in 2018.  A former in-house supervising attorney for a commercial insurer, she represents prominent national corporations in all aspects of complex product liability, toxic tort and personal injury litigation.
