Peter Langbord, a partner in Foley & Mansfield’s Los Angeles office, will be a featured panelist at the upcoming Perrin “Cutting-Edge Issues in Asbestos Litigation” conference March 17-18 in Beverly Hills, CA.

For the session “Key Jurisdictional Updates”, Langbord will join esteemed panelists Hon. Sherry Klein Heitler, Supreme Court, New York County, New York, NY; Nicholas Vari, Esq., K&L Gates LLP, Pittsburgh, PA; Perry Weitz, Esq., Weitz & Luxenberg P.C., New York, NY; and Randy L. Gori, Esq., Gori Julian & Associates, P.C., Edwardsville, IL. The panelists will discuss recent appellate activity, significant developments and key rulings in key jurisdictions affecting the current state of asbestos litigation.

Perrin’s “Cutting-Edge Issues in Asbestos Litigation” is the premier annual conference on issues affecting asbestos litigation nationwide. “Perrin provides a rare national venue where both sides of the bar, along with the bench, can debate the various issues surrounding asbestos litigation with frank, open dialogue,” says Langbord.

Last year’s program drew more than 350 of the nation’s most influential leaders in all spheres of the legal and insurance industry affected by asbestos litigation, products liability and complex torts.
