Jackie Miller, Meredith Hudgens Join Foley & Mansfield Chicago

Foley & Mansfield announced today that Jackie W. Miller and Meredith S. Hudgens have joined the firm’s Chicago office as partners. Both come from the Chicago-based firm of O’Connell, Tivin, Miller & Burns – former OTMB partner Tom Burns having joined F&M with two additional Chicago-area attorneys, Robb Sands and Maura Yusof on August 7, 2017. Jackie Miller handles product liability, insurance defense, toxic tort, mass litigation and general environmental matters, and has coordinated the product liability defense of various clients in multiple states. She has been retained as national, regional and local counsel as well as discovery counsel for a number of product manufacturers and premises defendants.  Jackie provides top-notch litigation strategy and results for local, regional and national clients.  She is admitted in Illinois, Indiana and Texas. 

Meredith Hudgens focuses her practice in product liability, insurance defense, toxic tort, mass litigation and environmental law, and has supervised, strategized and coordinated the defense for both local and national clients.  In addition, she has been retained as discovery, national, regional and local counsel for manufacturers throughout the United States.  Her experience reaches from New York to Hawaii.  She has also had success at the appellate level in Illinois.  She is admitted in Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin.  Meredith also founded Just City, a non-profit legal clinic providing free legal services for individuals in Chicago’s most diverse neighborhood, Rogers Park.
