Carrie Pedersen, Of Counsel in Foley Mansfield’s St. Louis office, guides her clients through complex litigation matters in several areas. She regularly handles matters in the area of toxic/mass tort litigation, with particular experience defending corporate clients of all sizes in asbestos matters and has handled cases involving insurance defense and product/premises liability. Clients seek out Carrie for her results-oriented approach, which allows her to effectively and efficiently strategize in a manner focused on the future of her client and their business.

Before joining Foley Mansfield and returning to her career in law, Carrie was a licensed insurance adjuster in Texas and numerous other states, working with a variety of individual and corporate defendants, from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. In that role, she managed risk, litigation, and analyzed insurance coverage issues for more than two decades. She handled a high volume of claims related to asbestos, chemical exposure, hazardous waste, pharmaceutical litigation, MDL litigation, employers’ liability, and other complex environmental matters, as well as high exposure excess casualty matters, including property damage, bodily injury, and wrongful death cases involving vehicles, construction, premises liability, and products liability.
