Experienced Environmental Attorney Ilene Munk Gaekwad Joins Foley & Mansfield

Foley & Mansfield announced today that it has expanded its Pacific Northwest operations with the addition of experienced environmental attorney Ilene Munk Gaekwad. 

“With substantial experience representing clients in Superfund sites and a strong legal background which includes working as an enforcement attorney for the EPA, Ilene will be a tremendous resource to our national environmental /pollution group and an invaluable asset to our clients,” says Scott Wood, Managing Partner of the firm’s Seattle and Portland offices.  

Ilene represents clients in Superfund matters in several states, including the Portland Harbor Superfund Site in Portland, Oregon.

Ilene is rated AV® Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell® and currently serves as Vice-Chair for the American Bar Association Superfund Committee. In addition, she is a member of Oregon State Bar Association’s Environment and Natural Resource Group, and serves as a mentor for the Oregon Bar’s Mentor/Mentee program.
