Congratulations to Foley and Mansfield’s 2022 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow Anna Kohut, and Pathfinder Ye Xu. LCLD’s programs are committed to building a more open and diverse legal profession. The Fellows program aims to produce a generation of lawyers with strong leadership and relationship skills who are committed to fostering diversity within their individual institutions and the profession. The Pathfinders program aims to provide practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and understanding of career development strategies.
