Managing Partner

Howard I. Wallach is the managing partner of Foley Mansfield’s Detroit office. Howard focuses his practice in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, construction defects, and various disputes surrounding business transactions.

Howard has successfully handled numerous commercial litigation matters for clients involving partnership dissolution, contract and employment disputes, professional liability and other general civil litigation matters.

He is also past Chair of the Michigan Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League and a former member of the Farmington, Michigan Board of Education.
