Laila Rahimi-Keshari, a Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Walnut Creek office, is a skilled litigator with experience handling complex matters in a variety of areas including insurance defense, complex toxic/mass tort, premises liability, catastrophic personal injury, and products liability. She handles all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation, including strategy development, pre-suit investigation and resolution, written discovery, fact and expert depositions, motion practice, arbitration, mediation, and trial.

Laila’s clients, which include national and multinational clients in the State of California, premises owners, product manufacturers, and companies in the areas of cosmetic talcum powder and asbestos,  trust her experience and skills as they navigate the difficult situations arising throughout the course of business.
