Foley & Mansfield Elects Six Attorneys to Partnership

Foley & Mansfield today announced that six attorneys have been elected to the firm partnership.  All have been associates with the firm and, representing a broad range of practice areas, this group of talented attorneys will help the firm continue to diversify its business in the coming years.

John Bornhofen (St. Louis) has 10 years of civil litigation experience. He represents a wide range of product manufacturers, premises owners and service contractors in defense of asbestos personal injury law suits.

Louis Klein (Los Angeles) has been practicing labor and employment law for more than 15 years. He defends public entity and private clients in a variety of cases including whistleblowing retaliation, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

Jennifer McKibben (Minneapolis) has been an associate with the firm for six years, focusing her practice in the area of toxic tort litigation.  Her legal background also includes working as a paralegal for eight years prior to becoming an attorney.

Jason Mohr (Minneapolis) focuses his practice in the area of toxic tort litigation, specifically asbestos defense. He has been practicing for 10 years, eight of those years with Foley & Mansfield.

Noelle Natoli-Duffy (Los Angeles) chairs the firm’s Elder Law and Transportation practice groups, with extensive experience from service to trial in both areas. As a seasoned litigator, she has sat 2nd chair in five transportation trials, and successfully defended a multi-million dollar elder abuse case in Washington.

Brian Smith (Seattle) focuses his litigation practice on toxic torts, commercial disputes, and employment law. He has nearly three decades of experience litigating a wide variety of personal injury, employment, commercial and securities matters through trial and arbitration.

“These attorneys have demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and dedication to our clients and our firm values,” says Kyle Mansfield, co-founder of the firm. “We are excited to have this group of energetic, highly skilled attorneys with their diverse backgrounds and practice areas join our partnership.”
