Partner Ann I. Park Discusses Role as LACBA President, Joint Letter Expressing Concern Regarding New Paths to Licensure Sent to State Bar

Ann Park, Partner in Foley & Mansfield’s Los Angeles office, spoke with Law360 Pulse about her new role as President of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA). Ann provides details on her priorities for the organization, such as finding new office space, as well as past and ongoing diversity initiatives, including efforts by LACBA to get more Black men into law school. Since taking office, Ann has hit the ground running, bringing LACBA together with sixteen other legal groups in California to send a joint letter to the State Bar expressing concerns about plans to create paths to licensure other than an exam.
