Vivian Lin, a Law Clerk in Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles office, works closely with the firm’s products liability and toxic/mass tort practice groups.
In her role as a law clerk, Vivian assists on cases involving products liability and toxic/mass tort, amongst other matters. In addition, she was a legal extern for Judge Sarah I. Wheelock at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
While in law school, Vivian was the Lead Symposium Editor for the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology (2023-2024) and the Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (2023-2024).
