Tom Lallier is Partner Emeritus in the Minneapolis office of Foley Mansfield. During his tenure, Tom focused his practice on creditor’s rights in business reorganization and banking law. Tom represented financial institutions in commercial loans transactions and restructuring of troubled loans, and represented a variety of asset-based lenders and equipment lenders in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He served as counsel for the General Electric Capital Corporation, CitiCapital Commercial Corporation, BMO Bank and Marquette Transportation Finance throughout the United States, and also represented many other financial institutions in the State of Minnesota in both commercial and consumer regulatory and compliance issues.

Tom retired from practice in 2023.
