As Director of Information Services and Technology for Foley Mansfield, Terry Pressley is responsible for planning and implementing robust technology solutions that align with both the business and practice of law, enabling users to work more productively and in turn providing clients with better value.

He oversees the development and implementation of enterprise-wide systems, applications, security, big-data analytics and learning management initiatives, and directs a national team of IT and litigation management professionals who support the firm’s 13 offices and more than 230 employees.

Recognized as a CIO of the Year by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal in September 2012, Terry has a demonstrated record of building and retaining high performing teams and creating synergetic partnerships and relationships with users, vendors and service providers. He delivers innovative business solutions focused on ease of use, high user adoption, increased efficiencies, and enhanced work product quality.

Prior to joining Foley Mansfield, Terry served as CIO at the law firm of Leonard, Street and Deinard and has also served in leadership roles with several other law firms including Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi and Popham, Haik. He has sat on the Ricoh Legal Customer Advisory Board and Traveling Coaches Client Advisory Board, and has been a featured speaker at LegalTech NY and several International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) conferences. Terry currently serves on several boards and is treasurer of the Urban Arts Academy, a non-profit after school program for at-risk kids in South Minneapolis. He has also provided his expertise and assistance to Children’s Law Center of Minneapolis.
