Noelle M. Natoli, a Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles office, is a strong advocate on behalf of her clients, typically embroiled in complex personal injury matters, including general liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse, trucking, and product liability. She has extensive experience from emergency response to pre-litigation and then pre-trial investigation, all the way through post-trial law and motion.
Noelle prides herself on her ability to listen carefully to her clients and aide them in achieving their goals through vigorous advocacy while still maintaining the highest level of ethics and civility. She excels in the courtroom by focusing on the important of credibility and impeachment issues through exhaustive investigative and research efforts.
Clients who retain Noelle’s elder abuse services include long term care facilities, nursing homes, adult family homes, residential care facilities, hospitals, doctors, nurses, and employees of nursing facilities. Her transportation and general liability clients include owner-operators, independent contractors, and both large and small companies. She is also a strong advocate in the field of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and regularly speaks on the subject. She also provides consultancy in this area.
