Nick Bunnell is the Managing Partner of Foley Mansfield’s Kansas City office. Nick serves clients in toxic tort, construction defect and product liability litigation in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois.

Nick represents contractors, manufacturers, distributors and retailers in cases involving exposure to asbestos, diacetyl and benzene.  Although toxic tort litigation often involves handling dozens or hundreds of cases at a time, Nick brings a detailed and personalized approach to each case, working closely with the client to meet their goals. Through this approach, Nick has successfully resolved hundreds of cases.

As a member of the F&M’s construction litigation and product liability groups, Nick defends construction design professionals, contractors, property owners and product manufacturers in various jurisdictions in Missouri and Kansas.

Nick previously served as an Assistant City Counselor for the City of St. Louis, where he tried multiple bench trials to verdict and successfully defended wrongful condemnation and demolition suits filed against the City. Nick also prosecuted cases involving lead paint exposure, which involved educating homeowners, contractors and the public regarding safe removal practices.
