Nathan Carroll, an Associate in Foley Mansfield’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice in the areas of insurance defense, toxic/mass tort, real estate, and commercial litigation with an emphasis in product liability and construction law. He has represented local, regional, national and multinational clients in state and federal courts throughout the State of Missouri, including product manufacturers, premises owners, transportation companies, and construction contractors.

Before joining Foley Mansfield, Nathan worked as a civil defense attorney in the Kansas City and St. Louis offices of a well-respected Missouri law firm, primarily working in the areas of insurance defense and coverage. In that role, Nathan gained valuable experience defending a wide variety of claims, including personal injury defense, breach of contract, defamation, and real estate disputes. Previously, he served as a Rule 13 student practitioner with the Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office where he was able to participate in criminal trials while still a law student.
