Joy de Leon is Of Counsel in Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles office, where she represents clients in products liability, toxic/mass torts, complex asbestos, and silica litigation. Her work often involves matters related to automotive components, fiber suppliers, and joint compounds. Joy is skilled in case management, conducting and editing depositions, performing legal research, cross-examining parties, witnesses, and medical experts, as well as preparing and reviewing critical documents.

Before joining Foley Mansfield, Joy defended plaintiffs at a California Lemon Law firm, where she managed cases involving the Song Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, fraud, and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. She also handled PMK, PMQ, and corporate witness depositions within the automotive industry.

Joy’s career began as a Senate Aide to U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer. In addition to her legal expertise, she speaks basic Tagalog, German, French, and Visayan.
