BIOGRAPHY

As Foley Mansfield’s Director of Diversity and Inclusion, John Myung works closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the Executive Committee, and supporting members of the Firm to align recruiting, retention, and professional development priorities with the Firm’s diversity and inclusion goals; further foster an inclusive climate where everyone at Foley Mansfield can bring their authentic self to work; partner with and consult clients of the Firm on diversity and inclusion best practices; and advocate for Foley Mansfield’s diverse population.

John has more than two decades of experience in the legal industry. As a former in-house attorney at Prudential, John managed a variety of complex domestic and international legal matters, retained and mentored a diverse team of legal professionals and assumed with great passion a thought leadership role to advance diversity and inclusion.  He has more than 15 years of experience collaborating with lawyers and non-lawyers to create a sense of belonging and inclusiveness and developing and implementing policies and programs designed to promote and empower professionals and associates from underrepresented groups.
