Jason Mohr, a partner in Foley Mansfield’s Minneapolis office, focuses his practice in area of toxic tort and mass tort litigation, specifically asbestos defense.

Jason served as national coordinating counsel for a manufacturing client involved in complex asbestos litigation. Jason also acts as local counsel for numerous clients in Minnesota and North Dakota, representing them directly or through appointment as defense counsel by their insurance carriers. He has taken hundreds of depositions and handled discovery in matters across the country. Jason is also heavily involved with the defense of talcum powder and silica cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason worked as a Federal Law Clerk to Chief Judge Daniel L. Hovland in the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota.
