Jackie Romero is a Partner in Foley Mansfield’s New Orleans office.  Her practice includes toxic tort, mass tort and products liability, with a particular focus on asbestos litigation.  She has defended local, national, and international clients in Louisiana state and federal courts.

For over twenty-five years, Jackie’s attention to detail and emphasis on organization have allowed her to represent clients including manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, employers and premise owners in voluminous claims, while maintaining a focus on the big picture to ensure there is constant communication, her client’s interests are met, expenses are contained, and the best possible outcome is achieved.

Prior to joining Foley Mansfield, Jackie also represented clients in the areas of insurance defense, including personal injury claims and premise liability claims, for large corporations and hospitality companies.  She has experience handling all aspects of litigation including discovery, deposition practice, expert witness development, motion practice and arguments, settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial.
