Haley Combs, a Partner at Foley Mansfield’s St. Louis office, has been a practicing attorney for more than 15 years.  Her work is focused on the defense of cases in the areas of product liability and toxic tort litigation, particularly asbestos and talcum powder litigation.  She has broad client experience and has managed thousands of claims brought against manufacturers of a variety of products, premises, and contractors in both Illinois and Missouri.  Haley Combs strives to develop relationships with her clients and client satisfaction is her number one priority.  She works with each client to develop a litigation strategy appropriate for their circumstances and has considerable experience in deposition practice, motion practice, settlement and dismissal negotiations, and trial preparation.

Before joining Foley Mansfield, Haley Combs worked as a product liability and toxic tort defense attorney for two other national law firms in the St. Louis area.  Through these firms, Haley Combs gained experience in several different areas of defense litigation, including medical malpractice, dram shop, trucking and transportation, motor vehicle accidents, and nursing home litigation.  Earlier in her career, Haley Combs served as a judicial intern for the Missouri Court of Appeals – Southern District in Springfield, Missouri and for the Michigan Supreme Court in Lansing, Michigan.
