Doug Wah serves as Senior Trial Counsel in the Walnut Creek office of Foley Mansfield.

Doug has extensive experience in the development and management of asbestos litigation and toxic tort matters, and has served as trial counsel for major clients and for various carriers in large, complex cases.

He has also served as trial counsel for such clients as Owens Corning Fiberglass and Raybestos-Manhatten in major local and national cases. He has been admitted to try cases in over 10 different states. Early in his career Doug was a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Oakland where he received extensive trial experience in civil litigation and personal injury matters including police brutality, toxic torts and construction law.

Doug received his Juris Doctorate from University of California, Hastings College of Law in San Francisco in 1974. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. degree in Political Science.

He is a member of the San Francisco and Alameda County Bar Associations and a lecturer and author on asbestos litigation and related topics.
