David Jaffe, Of Counsel in Foley Mansfield’s Denver office, focuses his practice in the areas of insurance defense, toxic/mass tort with an emphasis in asbestos defense and product liability. He has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution and has acted as First Chair in a number of trials.

Prior to joining Foley Mansfield, David was a criminal defense trial attorney and solo practitioner, and previously worked as a senior paralegal assisting on insurance defense and asbestos litigation matters.

David is fluent in Spanish.
