Calli Duncan, a partner in Foley Mansfield’s Detroit office, is a former stockbroker with strength in discovery, research and writing. Calli practices primarily in the areas of product liability, toxic tort and mass tort litigation, employment law and general liability.

In her practice, Calli works in both traditional and alternative forms of dispute resolution. She has developed successful out-of-court resolutions for suppliers, distributors and manufacturers involved in product liability claims ranging from food products to heavy equipment. Most recently she has concentrated in the defense of asbestos litigation claims.

Earlier in her career, Calli concentrated entirely on employment law matters. She has evaluated and litigated sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, religious discrimination, ADA, affirmative action and whistle-blower cases on behalf of employers and municipalities. She also litigated a negligent supervision case and has served as a human-resources consultant.

More recently she has spoken on the topics of Human Resources, Labor and Employment in Marijuana Business Operations, and Litigation, Losses and Risks from Advertising and Health Claims related to Cannabis businesses.
