Brooke Smith, a Paralegal in Foley Mansfield’s St. Louis office, works closely with the firm’s attorneys on the defense of cases in the areas of product liability and toxic tort litigation, specifically asbestos and talcum powder litigation, as well as cases in the non-asbestos sphere, including commercial disputes. Brooke has substantial experience in preparing pleadings from initial service through trial preparation, organizing and coordinating record production, analyzing and summarizing a variety of records, analyzing and preparing reports on deposition testimony, and analysis of discovery, among many other tasks. Brooke’s goal in the work she does for her clients is thoroughness, efficiency, and attention to the details needed to provide the best defense possible in each case.
