Brianna Bailey specializes in complex defense litigation, representing clients nationwide against toxic tort and environmental lawsuits, particularly those involving allegations of asbestos exposure. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Brianna excels in all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. She has extensive experience handling depositions of plaintiffs and fact witnesses in jurisdictions across the United States and the United Kingdom.
Brianna served as the first term law clerk to United States Magistrate Judge LaKeysha Greer Isaac in the Southern District of Mississippi. While in law school, Brianna served as a judicial extern for United States Chief District Judge Daniel P. Jordan III and Research Assistant for Assistant Dean Deborah Challener and Professor Matthew Steffey.
