Alexa Newton is a partner in Foley Mansfield’s St. Louis office, and is the co-chair of the firm’s Product Liability practice group. She practices in the Toxic Tort and Mass Tort Litigation group, focusing on asbestos litigation. She has defended clients named in negligence and strict liability claims in both state and federal litigation in Illinois and Missouri.

Recognizing that one size does not fit all, Alexa’s work on behalf of clients includes one-on-one consultations to develop and implement a litigation strategy appropriate to each situation.  She has also extensively participated in the day-to-day defense of clients who find themselves mired in litigation in one of the nation’s busiest asbestos litigation jurisdictions, with experience in deposition practice, expert witness development, motion practice and arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

In addition to her toxic tort work, Alexa also practices in the areas of Cannabis, Employment Law and Probate and Trust Litigation.
