Abby Rooney, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Human Resources for Foley Mansfield, provides leadership and coordination of the resources, strategies, and day-to-day operations of the firm’s 13 offices.

As COO, Abby oversees all operational functions, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives. Her leadership is instrumental in driving innovation, improving organizational performance, and upholding Foley Mansfield’s reputation for excellence.

With a professional background in accounting and international business, Abby brings a thoughtful and results-driven approach to her role. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), and the Minnesota Chapter of ALA. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
