Moni Nelson is an Associate at Foley Mansfield’s St. Louis office, where she primarily handles insurance defense matters, with an emphasis on asbestos litigation. Before joining Foley Mansfield, Moni practiced insurance defense at a national firm, with particular experience in toxic tort claims.

She began her legal career in Florida, defending companies in cases involving premises liability, personal injury, and transportation and trucking matters.

While attending law school, she honed her legal writing skills as a member of the Child and Family Law Journal and competed on the Barry Law Trial Team.

Outside the courtroom, Moni enjoys cooking, traveling, exercising, and spending time with loved ones.
