Hennys Mercado, a Paralegal in Foley Mansfield’s Miami office, works closely with the firm’s Asbestos and Talc team in Miami. She manages cases from inception to conclusion, including the creation and maintenance of a matter road map, featuring all pertinent information for the firm’s attorneys and a medical-legal summary identifying any controversial information in favor of the case. Hennys handles discovery, motions, and case preparation for deposition and trial, and provides monthly reports on case developments to National Coordinating Counsel and/or clients, as needed.
