Tiffany Montanez, Paralegal in Foley Mansfield’s New York office, works closely alongside the firm’s attorneys on asbestos defense matters, talc litigation, and general liability cases. She is particularly adept at expert handling and preparations, with experience in all aspects of litigation including general CPLR compliance; investigation; drafting of all pleadings; discovery review, preparation, and exchange; motion practice; and all necessary aspects of case development including document review and associated summaries, status updates, and client reports.
