Vick Mansourian is a Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles office. He has been a litigator since 1995 and has been concentrating his practice in products liability, toxic tort, and complex asbestos litigation since 2001.
Vick has defended companies in a wide range of industries including manufactures/suppliers of joint compound, stucco, flooring, brakes, brake grinders, gaskets, wiring, pumps, valves, and roofing products.
Vick has extensive experience in all phases of litigation including written discovery, depositions, drafting and arguing of motions, taking and defending expert depositions, preparing and defending corporate person most knowledgeable depositions, drafting and arguing motions in limine, participating in settlement negotiations, mediations, and mandatory settlement conferences, and preparing cases for trial.
