Nicole Brown Yuen is a partner in the Walnut Creek office of Foley Mansfield. She currently practices in the area of Toxic Tort and Mass Tort Litigation.

Nicole has extensive experience in handling all aspects of case management, including discovery, law and motion, mediation, arbitration and pre-trial procedure.

Nicole is also experienced in general insurance defense, and has represented individuals and insured entities in Toxic Torts, Construction Defect, Premises Liability, Motor Vehicle Personal Injury and Insurance Fraud matters.

Nicole received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1996. While she was in law school, she was a member of the Law Review, received the Am Jur award for highest grade in Torts, and served as a clerk for Honorable Federal Magistrate Judge Joan Brennan at the U.S. Federal District Court. She was also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.

For several years after law school, Nicole taught Legal Research & Writing and Civil Litigation as an adjunct faculty member at John F. Kennedy School of Law.

She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Speech Communication from California Polytechnic State University in 1993.
