Timothy C. Pieper, Of Counsel in Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles/Monrovia office, focuses his practice in the areas of complex product liability, toxic tort, environmental, and other general liability litigation. Mr. Pieper’s experience also includes construction-defect litigation.

Mr. Pieper has extensive experience with all phases of litigation, including pre-trial motion practice, preparing and defending corporate representatives for company-binding depositions, negotiating high-risk cases on behalf of product manufacturers, and coordinating mediation and settlement strategy. Mr. Pieper has effectively advocated on behalf of corporate clients, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Pieper received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as a Note & Comment Editor on Loyola’s International Law Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Pieper was a legal assistant for the Office of the County Counsel at the Edelman Children’s Court, where he assisted attorneys with child abuse and child neglect cases.

Mr. Pieper obtained his undergraduate degree from UCLA, with a double-major in Economics and Political Science. While attending UCLA, Mr. Pieper earned an internship with the Office of Media Affairs at The White House, where he prepared press releases for national media.

Since 2014, Mr. Pieper has been acknowledged annually by publishers of Southern California Super Lawyers.
