Terrie Sharp, an attorney in the firm’s Detroit and Walnut Creek offices, is a member of the firms toxic / mass tort and pro bono practice groups. In the toxic / mass tort arena, Terrie represents manufacturers, distributors and premises owners in asbestos litigation cases in Michigan and California.
In support of the firm’s commitment to provide legal services to those in our underserved communities, she provides pro bono legal services in association with the Detroit-based Legal Aid and Defender Association, as well as through Foley Mansfield’s Pro Bono program. Working closely with State and Federal police agencies, State and Federal Court staff, administrators and local prosecutors, Terrie assists pro bono clients primarily in the areas of identity theft, criminal expungements, federal pardons, and issues involving the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. With Terrie’s assistance, these individuals are able to rebuild their lives and realize greater success pursuing employment and housing opportunities.
