Amanda Bagley, Of Counsel in Foley Mansfield’s Chicago office, focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense, toxic/mass tort with an emphasis in asbestos defense, product liability, and construction law. She has represented national and multinational clients in state and federal courts throughout the State of Illinois, including product manufacturers, premises owners, transportation companies, and construction contractors.

Prior to joining Foley Mansfield, Amanda handled catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims, with particular experience in defending retail, restaurant and hospitality companies in claims involving premises liability and security. With experience handling all aspects of litigation including pre-suit investigation, written discovery, fact and expert depositions, vigorous motion practice, arbitration, mediation, and trial, Amanda’s clients trust her guidance through a variety of complex matters.
