B. Kyle Morley, Managing Partner of Foley Mansfield’s Tampa Bay office, focuses his practice in construction defect litigation and general liability matters.

Kyle has more than 19 years of complex civil litigation and insurance defense experience, managing multiple cases from inception through trial.  His clients include regional and national developers, general contractors, trade contractors, and architects and engineers.

Kyle has achieved favorable resolutions for construction clients embroiled in disputes ranging from negligent design to breach of warranty through court-ordered dismissal, summary judgment, alternative dispute resolution, settlement negotiation, and jury verdict.

His diverse background includes the defense of negligent security, professional liability, product liability, personal injury protection (PIP), medical malpractice, subrogation, and first-party property claims, in addition to representing clients in various commercial litigation matters.

Prior to practice, Kyle served as a business strategy intern for Orlando Magic, LTD, where he was instrumentally involved in the early strategic planning process – including financing and statutory and regulatory compliance issues – for what ultimately became the Orlando Magic’s Amway Arena. While in college, Kyle was a walk-on for the University of Miami’s 1998-99 Men’s Basketball team.
