Kimberly L. Rivera, a civil litigator and partner in the Los Angeles office of Foley Mansfield, focuses her work in the defense of complex product liability, toxic tort, environmental and other general liability litigation.

Kimberly has served as national coordinating counsel for major friction clients against complex toxic tort, asbestos, silica, benzene products liability and premises liability cases from inception to trial. In addition to toxic tort defense, she has experience in a range of insurance-defense matters, including premises liability, construction accidents, general liability, product liability, automobile liability and construction defect work.

Prior to practice, Kimberly served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and as a Legal Intern for the Office of the County Counsel at the Edelman Children’s Court, where she assisted with child abuse and neglect cases.
