Brenda Brooks Mansfield, a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office, practices in the areas of product liability, toxic tort and mass tort litigation, business and environmental liability and civil litigation. She is also the chair of the firm’s national pro bono practice. Brenda has represented manufacturers and business owners in high-risk asbestos, personal injury, and product liability cases.

Brenda has gained significant trial experience in asbestos cases as well as other toxic tort matters in both state and federal courts, including successfully defending a client in a federal complex environmental case. She has also handled all stages of litigation for various manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors for products liability cases.

She is professionally certified in the area of poverty law.
