Matt Vlasman is an attorney in Foley Mansfield’s Chicago office, where he represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort cases, especially cosmetic talc litigation.
Before joining Foley Mansfield, Matt represented various aviation and aerospace component manufacturers, and prior to that spent nearly a decade gaining extensive experience defending toxic tort cases across diverse industries. Throughout his career, he has managed a large caseload, handling all aspects of litigation from inception through trial, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court hearings.
In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and three children; an absorbing activity which leaves little room for much else most days. But when not immersed in family life, Matt finds quiet respite in his love of reading classical fiction, playing and coaching soccer, and barely staving off heart failure while watching his Indiana Hoosier basketball squad.
