Andrew Sharp is a seasoned trial attorney and litigator as a Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Walnut Creek office. His practice is primarily focused on the firm’s toxic tort group, where he provides legal representation to manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors involved in complex toxic tort litigation. This includes handling claims related to asbestos, talc, silica, and other environmental exposures. Additionally, Andrew possesses extensive experience in personal injury cases, intellectual property matters, and the defense of California Proposition 65 claims.

Andrew has extensive experience serving as both National Coordinating Counsel and Trial Counsel for defendants in asbestos litigation across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew gained valuable experience interning for U.S. District Court Judge Patrick Duggan and clerking for a respected national defense firm.  While attending law school, he served as associate editor for the University of Colorado Law Review.  He was also selected as a fellow of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, a program through which he taught constitutional law to high school students and coached moot court.
