Darlene Cini is a partner in the Detroit office of Foley Mansfield, where she focuses her practice in the areas of product liability, toxic tort and mass tort litigation and general civil litigation.

With more than twenty years experience defending manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of asbestos products, her clients have ranged from small business owners to Fortune 500 corporations. She has developed long lasting relationships with her clients and is a trusted advisor who prides herself on providing effective legal solutions.

Darlene has a lengthy background in management. She has strong leadership and managerial skills and excels at client services and relations. Prior to joining Foley Mansfield, she also worked for a local law firm that specialized in various facets of real estate finance work, including default servicing, bankruptcy, eviction and litigation. She served on a mortgage foreclosure team where she worked diligently in various stages of the foreclosure process from new referrals, pre-publication, publications and reinstatement and pay offs.

Her background in banking, mortgages and foreclosure actions has led to the representation of title companies and financial institutions in various collection matters. She has also handled select family law cases involving divorce and custody issues and finds time to give back to the community. Her pro bono experience includes handling matters related to family law, contract law, collections and real estate law.
Darlene is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and The Defense Research Institute. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

While attending University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, she received CALI awards for academic excellence in both Trial Practice and Immigration Law.
