John Schaberg is a partner in Foley Mansfield’s Edwardsville office. He focuses his practice on trials and litigation, including toxic torts, product liability, and commercial litigation.
John has more than 30 years of litigation management and trial experience. He has defended hundreds of cases and executed dozens of trials to verdict in Illinois, Missouri, and federal courts. Furthermore, he has briefed and argued numerous appeals in the state and federal courts.
His self-insured clients and insurance clients have turned to him for products liability, construction, premises, property management liability, medical, dram shop, commercial liability and loss recovery, as well as first-party insurance claims. - For ten years John acted as Chairman of the Parish Finance Council of St. Peter’s Cathedral in Belleville, Illinois, and he chaired a million-dollar Capital Campaign and helped to redevelop the neighborhood into a senior living community.
