Howard I. Wallach is the managing partner of Foley Mansfield’s Detroit office. Howard focuses his practice in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, construction defects, and various disputes surrounding business transactions.

Howard has successfully handled numerous commercial litigation matters for clients involving partnership dissolution, contract and employment disputes, professional liability and other general civil litigation matters.

Community Service

  • A leader in the Detroit Jewish community, Howard has been a Board member of numerous local Jewish organizations. He received the Jewish Welfare Federation’s Agency Leadership Award in 1988. In 1997, he was elected as one of the youngest presidents in the history of the Jewish Community Council. He is also past Chair of the Michigan Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League and a former member of the Farmington, Michigan Board of Education.
