Whitney D. Seltzer Joins Foley & Mansfield’s New York Office

Foley & Mansfield today announced that attorney Whitney D. Seltzer has joined its NYCAL defense team. Whitney represents prominent national corporations in all aspects of complex product liability, toxic tort, and personal injury litigation.   

Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, Whitney practiced at an industry leading toxic tort and product liability defense firm. Whitney has experience in all phases of litigation, and has represented a wide variety of manufacturers, distributors, and premises owners as both local and national coordinating counsel. Licensed in New York, she is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Foley & Mansfield attorneys have successfully defended thousands of asbestos cases nationwide and have tried numerous multi-party asbestos cases to defense verdicts. The firm will continue to expand its NYC operations throughout 2018.
