Virginia Johnson Moderating NCC Roundtable at 2017 Defense Asbestos Lawyers (DALS) Seminar

Virginia Easley Johnson, Managing Partner of Foley & Mansfield’s Miami office, will moderate a panel discussion on National Coordinating Counsel (NCC) at the 2017 Defense Asbestos Lawyers Seminar (DALS). 

NCC has the difficult job of managing outside counsel in accordance with the expectations of their clients.  This roundtable will address key issues affecting asbestos litigation today, including hiring and management of outside counsel. Foley & Mansfield serves as national coordinating counsel to a number of entities involved in asbestos litigation.
