Normal Hours - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM All US Time Zones - Excluding Firm Holidays

  1. Call - From your desk, you can dial 1411 to reach support on your ShoreTel phone.  If you are outside the office, call 877-778-5775.
  2. Email - Send an e-mail to from any internal or external email account.

Note: Do not send e-mail if it is outside normal hours UNLESS your issue can wait until the next business day.

Extended Hours - Weekdays - 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM Central Time Zone - Including Firm Holidays, Saturday - 8:00AM - 3:00 PM Central Time Zone, Sunday - No Coverage

Call - Call our toll-free number at 877-778-5775. This number rings us wherever we are at and rolls to various individuals. If it rolls to voicemail, leave a message with your name and a phone number where you can be reached so we can call you back.

Note:  We do not return missed calls so if you would like assistance you must leave a voicemail.
