Scully, Mularczyk Named to 2020 Southern California Super Lawyers®, Rising Stars® Lists

Foley & Mansfield is pleased to announce that partners Thomas G. Scully and Peter M. Mularczyk have been has been named to 2020 Southern California Super Lawyers® and Rising Stars® lists for their defense work.

Tom is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully tried or arbitrated more than 75 cases during his 35+ year career. His primary practice is in environmental litigation with a focus on product liability, premises liability and toxic tort defense. A retired Marine Corps Colonel, he spent 31 years on active duty and the reserve. He has been recognized on the Super Lawyers list since 2014.

Peter defends cases involving toxic/mass tort, alleged product liability and general commercial litigation, and has tried more than 20 trials to verdict. He also defends the firm’s Fortune 100 and 500 clients in the role as local and national counsel. This is Peter’s third year on the Rising Stars list.
