Sawyer, Kossmann Named to 2016 Rising Star® List

January 14, 2016Recognition

Foley & Mansfield is pleased to announce that Jacob D. Sawyer and Claire C. Kossmann have been named to the 2016 Illinois Rising Star® list.

Sawyer and Kossmann, litigators in the firm’s Chicago office, were both recognized for their work in the area of Personal Injury-Products Defense.  This is Kossmann’s first year on the list.

Rising Star® is a rating service of up-and-coming attorneys who are age 40 or younger, or who have been in practice for 10 years or less. The annual selections are made using a rigorous multi-phased process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in a state receive this recognition.
